tpm: Add Infineon TPM 1.2 support

This patch provides support for TPM Infineon TT1.2 devices by enumerating the TT1.2 ID in the Infineon device list.

BRANCH=None BUG=None TEST=Built for sklrvp and tested on RVP3.
