- Add libmedia.so to the minimum image
John Scipione: libmedia.so was used by at least 2 apps included in the minimum image, Activity Monitor and Deskcalc which subsequently failed to load on minimum.
Deskcalc wasn't actually using libmedia.so so I managed to get it to link and run on minimum, however, Activity Monitor is using libmedia.so so needed it to be present.
To fix this I added libmedia.so to the minimum image, I hope this does not blow its size budget.
- bc: use the outsourced build
Jérôme Duval: - remove in-tree bc.
- nvidia_gpgpu: Remove from tree
Augustin Cavalier: Was nothing but a slightly-stripped version of the nvidia driver, not touched substantially in nearly 10 years, and the cards it was originally going to support (but never got anywhere near so) have long since been deprecated.
- Debugger: Reimplement #10671.
Rene Gollent: - Rather than the previous (reverted) approach of tracking the last selected stack frame from within the StackTraceView, we now do so from the TeamWindow, where the selection can be mapped by thread.
