Add local path for sendmail libexec

Since DragonFly ships with DMA, but there's still a dragonfly.mc, any install of sendmail from ports will still use /etc/mail to generate a config. This will generally work, but EBINDIR defaults to /usr/libexec. That means the .cf files will be built to find mail.local in /usr/libexec, instead of in /usr/local/libexec, where the port locates them. This will cause problems for anything that delivers mail locally, like fetchmail.
